Personal / Partner Training

Do you want the benefits of using a personal trainer solo or while still exercising with a friend? If so, a personal training or partner training package may be just for you. Forget those boring home or health club workouts that don't produce results when you can have your very own personal trainer. We recommend a series of one-on-one training for individuals new to exercise before participating in a partner program.
